This moon jar is detailed with a dandelion motif. The wheel thrown moon jar was trimmed, underglazed and carved. Once it is dry it is bisque fired and the interior and rim are glazed with a beautiful teal glaze and a final firing occurs. The piece has a beautiful foot and can be utilized as a vase or simply employed as a decorative showpiece.
